On the Job (OJT) Training Reimbursement:

On-the-Job training funds assist newly hired employees in acquiring skills that require hands-on learning to complement previous work experience. The employer is reimbursed 50% (or more) of the OJT participant’s wages for a training period of up to six months. The job must be a permanent position of 30 or more hours per week, and pay at least $10/hour for adults or $8/hour for youth applicants. The OJT Program helps to close skill gaps and provides funding support to offset new employees’ training costs.
