Requesting a Meeting Space:

The department that reserves meeting space is responsible for setting up, tearing down, resetting, and cleaning the room.

  1. Select a Room to reserve first! 
  2. Select the time slot you would like to reserve the meeting space for.
  3. Note: Our President’s Room holds 97 participants. Director’s Room holds 54 participants. Depending on the need for space we may move events to different rooms to accommodate the appropriate participants.
  4. To reserve the Board Room please complete the Google Form.
