TUSCARORA INTERMEDIATE UNIT 11
RIGHT-TO-KNOW LAW REQUEST GUIDELINES
This guideline outlines the procedures for requesting records for the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit under Pennsylvania’s Right-to-Know Law, 65 P.S. §§ 66.1-66.9. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Right to Know Office at 814-542-3216.

1. All requests shall be in writing, signed by the requester and shall be sent to the TIU by mail or facsimile to (814) 542-2569 or delivered in person during the regular business hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays and official office closings. The request should identify or describe the records sought with sufficient specificity to enable the TIU to ascertain which records are being requested and shall include a name and address to which the TIU should address its response. The TIU will not accept oral or anonymous requests for records.

3. If a written request for records is granted, fees will be charged as reflected in the TIU Fee Structure pursuant to Right to Know Requests. All fees must be paid by certified check or money order made payable to the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit prior to the release of the records.
